The City received a proposal with preliminary drawings for establishing City Hall in the 501 Building. The City Manager saved $3,400.00 on the original proposal by reducing the onsite visits from two to one, doing more communication by phone, and reducing the number of conceptual ideas.
The architect also stated they would be willing to hold a charette with the public at additional cost if the City wanted that service.
