Utility Rates for Water and Wastewater as of February 11, 2026
Residential customers get two units of water included in their base rate. A unit of water is 100 cubic feet, or approximately 748 gallons of water.
Vacation rentals and other commercial users do not get any units of water included in the base rate.
WTO refers to water service outside of city limits.
