Public Input on the City of Yachats Proposed Public Land Use Hearing

  1. The public may present their testimony orally at the public hearing or provide written comments to the Planning Desk prior
to the public hearing date. Oregon law requires that testimony and evidence presented be directed toward the relevant
criteria in the Yachat's Municipal Ordinances, State and Federal laws, other City plans or policies which a person believes
pertains to the request, and which will be used in making the decision.

The Planning Commission would appreciate that any written materials be submitted 7 days prior to the hearing date (by
October 13, 2020); testimony can be filled out below, emailed to planner@yachatsmail.org or mailed to the Planning Desk, P.O. Box 345, Yachats, OR 97498 or dropped off at 441 Hwy101 N, Yachats, Oregon.

Please include your printed name, signature and mailing address. All written comments or evidence received prior to the close of the evidentiary record will be included in the evidentiary record.

Failure to raise an issue in person or by letter at the hearing, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to
afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue means that an appeal based on that issue cannot be filed
with the State Land Use Board of Appeals.*

  2. Electronic Signature Agreement
